7th may found first Gyromitra esculenta mushrooms (False Morel).
Gyromitra esculenta is clearly rotting roots of Picea abies (spruce,norway spruce),
and does not use other species (especially Pinus sylvestris (pine, scotch pine)).
Couple of weeks in Padasjoki, Harmoistenlahti (Harmoinen).
